At the conference, founder, CEO, and Chairman of Market America JR Ridinger spoke about the programs he created. In his opening remarks, Ridinger brought the audience through his journey of creating an international business, and how the attendees could do the same. “So, you’ve got dreams? Dreams need to be turned into goals. Why? A dream is a vision. A goal is steps,” Ridinger said.
